East Ridge Firefighters Extinguish And Investigate Arson Fire
East Ridge firefighters put out what was determined to be an arson fire early Sunday morning. At approximately 1:19 a.m., East Ridge Fire and Police units responded to a reported residential structure fire at 3900 Bennett Road at the intersection of John Ross Road. Police officers on patrol had noticed smoke in the area and investigated to discover the fire.
