Morning Pointe To Celebrate Holiday Grand Opening In Spring Hill On Dec. 14

Morning Pointe of Spring Hill will celebrate a special holiday grand opening on Dec. 14, from 4-7 p.

m., at 1001 McCutcheon Creek Lane, Miles Johnson Parkway, south of Duplex Road. The event will begin with a formal ribbon cutting at 4:30 p.m., and will feature a Christmas Concert by Summit High School, and a singing of songs from Charles Dickens’ “A Christmas Carol” by Columbia State Community College. Guests will witness a Live Nativity scene and a chance to meet Santa Claus. Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served.

 

Guest speakers and local dignitaries will be present at the grand opening event, including City of Spring Hill Mayor Rick Graham, Maury County Mayor Charlie Norman, executives from the Spring Hill Chamber of Commerce, leadership from Maury Regional Medical Center and TriStar Centennial Medical Center, and representatives from the Alzheimer’s Association and Morning Pointe leadership.

 

The new assisted living and Alzheimer’s memory care community will be home to 80 spacious, home-style apartments featuring fine dining areas, life enrichment programs, and professional health and wellness services. Fifty-eight of the apartments will be located in The Lantern – a secure wing dedicated to the care of residents with Alzheimer’s and other memory care needs.

 

Innovative therapeutic programs developed by the Morning Pointe team, such as SimpleC Companion services, Cuddle Therapy and the Meaningful Day, are incorporated into daily activities to ensure the highest quality of care for residents. Morning Pointe’s community involvement and intergenerational programming give seniors limitless opportunities to remain active members of society while maintaining their independence and quality of life.
