After Brief Warmup, Chattanooga May Get Light Snow This Weekend

After a brief warmup, Chattanooga could be in for some light snow this weekend.

The high is expected to reach almost 60 on Friday before cooling off quickly.

Light snow is expected to reach Chattanooga late Friday night or early Saturday.

Showers, with thunderstorms also possible after 2pm. Temperature rising to near 58 by 9am, then falling to around 41 during the remainder of the day. DeArius Moore, 21, Shot On Pinewood Avenue on Tuesday Afternoon

DeArius Moore, 21, was shot on Pinewood Avenue on Tuesday.   The Chattanooga Police Department responded at 12:15 p.m. to a person who had been shot at the 3300 block of Pinewood Ave.   The Chattanooga Police responded to a local hospital on reports of a patient suffering from a gunshot wound. Why Can't Someone Unstop The Water Buildup Problem At The I-24 Cummings Highway Exit? - And Response

Exit 174 on westbound Interstate 24 is closed again as is the westbound entrance ramp. Cummings Highway is shut as well. I inquired at TDOT on Dec. 28, 2015, why this continues to happen.
