Boy, 16, In Custody After 3 People Shot At Cleveland Residence

A 16-year-old boy was taken into custody after three people were shot in Cleveland on Wednesday night.

He was being charged with attempted second-degree murder and aggravated assault.

The incident happened at 7:40 p.m. at 3495 Westside Drive NW, which is near I-75 and Cleveland State Community College.

 

All three shooting victims were transported to the hospital. Their conditions were not yet known.

Cleveland Police said, "Thankfully, the quick response of officers and investigators, led to the identification and apprehension of the suspect."

He is being charged with attempted second degree murder and aggravated assault.

Cleveland Police confirm they are investigating after three people were reported shot Wednesday night.

It happened on the 3400 block of Westside Drive Northwest, near Interstate 75 and Cleveland State Community College.

 

 

Police spokesperson Evie West says the three victims were all transported for treatment.
