A new meeting and event venue has been unveiled in Chattanooga under the name Strictly Business Meetings. Launched by the Chattanooga Association of Realtors, Strictly Business Meetings is the latest tool for business and professional groups in need of moderate sized facilities for business meetings, officials said.
Meeting rooms vary in size and function. The largest room accommodates 130 seats with DVD and video projectors, two 60-inch plasma screens, a 58-by-104 inch wall screen and advanced presentation module. Three smaller meeting rooms are also available, most containing 42 inch plasma screens, which can accommodate groups up to 20. Strictly Business Meetings also offers a technology training room with 10 computers and a 50-by-67 inch video projection screen.
“While designing our new building we explored ways to maximize its use and functionality. Now after one year we’re able to open our doors to the professional community,” said Francie Ryder, executive officer of the Chattanooga Association of Realtors.
“Strictly Business Meetings is ideally suited for groups of up to 130 and have all the amenities that will allow for convenient, hassle-free meetings.”
Competitively priced for rent, the region’s latest meeting venue also offers video and audio conferencing, wireless internet, free and ample parking and kitchen facilities for catering purposes, she said.
Ms. Ryder said, “The region has lacked conference and meeting facilities best suited for today’s small businesses and emerging entrepreneurs. Our facility is state of the art and fully equipped to help business groups with all their meeting needs in a variety of ways.”
