Every month the Riverwalk Birding Club hosts a photography competition called the "Shot of the Month (SOTM)."
They allow Chattanoogan.com Outdoors readers to be the judges, voting for their favorite photo in a web poll. The top vote-getter is that month's winner.
The October Winner is ''Frankly my dear...'' This great shot of a Scarlet Tanager was taken by Bret Douglas at Reflecting Riding.
