Mayor Littlefield To Chair And Kick Off Salvation Army Campaign

Mayor Ron Littlefield is the 2009 Salvation Army Christmas chairman. Mayor Littlefield, along with the Jericho Brass Band, will kick off the Chattanooga Salvation Army’s Christmas Campaign inside Hamilton Place Mall on Friday at 6:45 p.m. on the Comcast Stage on the lower level.

Angel Tree Partners Hamilton Place Mall, News 12, Comcast, KZ106, WGOW News Talk Radio, and J103 FM will be joining the mayor in making the first donations to the red kettles.

The Salvation Army of Cleveland will kick off its Christmas campaign on Saturday at Bradley Square Mall. The kickoff program will begin at noon.

The people of the Tennessee Valley will begin to hear the bells and be able to adopt angels from angel trees beginning this Friday.
