Robert Lee Burnett, 83, died on Wednesday, Nov. 4, 2009 at his home.
He was a member of Ewtonville Baptist Church, He served in the U.S. Air Force and was retired from American Lava Co.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Sherman and Nellie Burnett.
He is survived by his wife, Sandra Burnett, Dunlap; daughter, Jackie (Steven) Maples, Chattanooga; son, Ronnie “Bo” (Deb) Burnett, Jasper and Jerome Burnett, Jasper; two stepdaughters, Barbara (Joseph) Harper, Chattanooga, Sharon (Thomas) Davis, Ottawah, Il.; four grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four stepgrandchildren; brother, Charles (Linda) Burnett, Sequatchie; sister, Betty Deakins, Jasper; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be on Friday, Nov. 6, at 1 p.m. CST in the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Brian Kearns officiating. Burial will be in Sequatchie Valley Memorial Gardens.
