Denver James Cook, infant son of Jamie Cook and Aylan Hembree of Cleveland, died on Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2009.
Survivors include his sisters, Jada Cook and Felicity White both of Cleveland; grandparents, Ron and Mary Hembree of Cleveland and Julie Cook of Cleveland; great-grandparents, Fay White of Georgetown, Anna Ruiz of Cleveland, Jenny White of Cleveland and Melvin Hembree of Benton; and several aunts and uncles.
A Remembrance of Life Service will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 7 at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Pastor Margie Poteet and Pastor John W. McCann officiating. Interment will follow in Johnston Cemetery.
The family will receive friends Saturday, Nov. 7 from 12 until service time at 3 p.m. at the Wildwood Avenue Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes who is in charge of the arrangements.
