Salvation Army Kicks Off Cleveland Christmas Campaign posted November 7, 2009 The Salvation Army of Cleveland was kicking off its Christmas campaign today at Bradley Square Mall. The Kickoff program was set to begin at noon. Mayor Tom Rowland will be there to make the first donation and entertainment will be provided by the Prospect School Choir, directed by Jane Taylor. Angel Tree Partners, Hamilton Place Mall, News 12, Comcast, KZ106, WGOW News Talk Radio and J103 FM will be joining the mayor in making the first donations to the Red Kettles. The people of the Tennessee Valley will begin to hear the bells and be able to adopt angels from their Angel Trees beginning today, officials said. |
